PRAYER

The Prayer Ministry is intercessory prayer, where the faithful gather to pray for the needs of individuals in the body, the ministries of REACH Community Church and the concerns of those in our community and beyond. By intentionally spending time in prayer together, we express our trust in God and thereby our faith in Him is strengthened.

 

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus _{Philippians 4:4-7}.

 

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God _{Psalm 20:7}.

 

He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord _{Psalms 40:3}.
