FELLOWSHIP

Definition…Christians sharing and contributing their lives to one another for the cause of the gospel.

Is this understanding of fellowship different from your past understanding? In what ways?

How should this understanding change your current thinking and approach to fellowship?

FELLOWSHIP with GOD

Where does your life come from? Read John 1.4, 6.51, 11.25, 14.6.

How do you share in life with God? Read Galatians 2.20

Read 1 John 1.1

How have you “heard, seen, looked upon, touched [experienced]” Jesus this last week?

What impact have these events had on your fellowship [sharing and contributing of your life for the cause of the gospel] with God?

What changes should these events make in your life concerning your attitude and actions toward the gospel [the Good News of God’s free offer to rescue, reconcile and restore sinful people thru the life, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus]?

FELLOWSHIP with others

Read Acts 2.42-47. Does this picture of fellowship seem realistic? Why or why not?

What is appealing or unappealing to you about the fellowship pictured in Acts 2? Why?

What changes do you need to implement in your fellowship with others? How will these changes impact the cause of the gospel?
